Orinda Personal Injury Attorney
Jim W. Yu

I immigrated to America when I was a child. From an early age, I came to realize and appreciate all of the opportunities this country offers to its people to help them achieve the American Dream. I also became aware of the obstacles and injustices that prevent some from reaching their full potential.
My goal is to help level the playing field on behalf of the injured, the wronged, the voiceless.
In 2002, I joined the Balamuth firm. I am very fortunate to work with this group of bright and passionate people. I am even more fortunate to work with and help my clients, who come from all walks of life. The best compliment my clients can give me is when they recommend me to a family member or close friend who is in need of help.
I represent people who have been seriously injured and families who have lost loved ones in car crashes, bicycle accidents, falls, dog attacks, construction accidents, and by defective products. Our firm also represents those who have been permanently injured or financially hurt due to the malpractice of their doctors, lawyers, and accountants.
