Kelly E. Balamuth Selected to SuperLawyers For 6th Consecutive Year

Balamuth Law founder Kelly E. Balamuth was named one of Thomson Reuters’ “SuperLawyers” for the sixth consecutive year in 2014. 

Kelly Balamuth’s legal practice involves protecting the rights and needs of clients who are injured through the negligence of others in the Oakland, California area, including Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.  Through the years, she has helped clients pursue the compensation they deserve in cases ranging from car accidents, dog bite injuries, manufacturing defects, medical malpractice, defective toys and other consumer products, birth injuries, workplace injuries, and traumatic brain and other severe injuries.

Ms. Balamuth’s successes on behalf of her clients have earned her not only a place on the SuperLawyers list, but many other awards as well.  These include an AV Preeminent ranking from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible ranking given, as well as a “Superb” rating from Avvo.  She continues to work tirelessly to advocate for those who have suffered serious personal injuries due to another’s negligence.

In the interests of informing the public and pursuing justice, Ms. Balamuth extends her work beyond the office and courtroom.  In recent years, she has shared her experience and knowledge with the community by participating in a number of speaking engagements and by publishing her work.  Her public engagement includes professional memberships in many legal community groups, including the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers’ Association, and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
